When the new year rolls around, men often turn their attention to improving their health. Eating better and exercising more often are the usual goals guys pursue, but there are many habits directly related to improved sexual health that are worth including in your new year’s resolutions. A recent study from the Cleveland Clinic found that more than half of men are reluctant to discuss health concerns—especially sex-related issues—with their loved ones or their physicians, but if you work with your doctor to stay in peak sexual condition, your body and your partner will thank you this time next year.
