Dr. Susan Rusnack

Dr. Susan Rusnack is a native of the Pasadena area, where she attended the Polytechnic School. She was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree from Rice University and continued to Jefferson Medical College to earn her M.D.

Dr. Rusnack completed her urology residency and served as Chief Resident at Columbia University – New York Presbyterian Hospital. She continued her training at Mount Sinai Medical Center, completing a fellowship in laparoscopic and robotic surgery.

Initially, Dr. Rusnack practiced urology in northern New Jersey. During that time, she refined her robotic skills and began applying them to pelvic floor reconstruction in women.

While practicing in New Jersey, Dr. Rusnack was a clinical professor in urogynecology at the Columbia University Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

After a 21-year absence, Dr. Rusnack returned to the Los Angeles area to continue her practice. She is a well-known female urologist who provides compassionate care and considers it critical to explain and educate patients about their urologic issues.
