I have had a simple prostatectomy with your doctors, which was complicated by a difficult and lengthy urinary tract infection. After time, and upon further inspection, I was told that the urine flow, which is still quite weak, may now be restricted by scar tissue. In my last visit, after urinating into a funnel, I was told that my stream was "normal."
My everyday life experience does not support that finding. I have, understandably, limited faith in further procedures with your clinic.

Improve their communication with other facilities like, Radiology. The nurse who was filling out my MRI form told me she would send the order to them and they would get in touch with me to set the MRI appointment. After a couple weeks of waiting, I phoned the facility to ask if they had received the order, they had not. Appointment was set and MRI performed. Dr. Contacted me with results a couple days after MRI. I felt well taken care of. No harm…no foul. Just I slight administrative glitz in communication.

Tower Urology is incredibly efficient. If I arrive early, my appt. is often completed before my scheduled arrival time, but I always feel well taken care of. Every time I see him, I thank Dr. Cinman for identifying a potentially serious condition (not urological) that was corrected with surgery. If anyone asks me about a Urology practice, I recommend Dr. Cinman and Tower.

George is totally disabled and not mentally cognitive. Dr. Cinman has seen him way before the dementia became a concern. He sees Dr. Cinman with a caregiver. Dr. Cinman is always polite to him which the Harris Family appreciates.
Whenever George has an appointment with Dr. Cinman (typically 2X a year) his devoted, well-behaved Shih-Tzu dog, Princess, comes with him.
Never been an issue before his last visit but the Front Desk on this appointment was less than understanding on this. They claimed a patient who is allergic to dogs complained. Shih-Tzus don't have fur. It's hair. I don't believe that statement was accurate.
Next time we will have a Doctor's letter certifying Princess is an assistance dog.That should resolve this.
Hopefully it's handled better next time. Dr Cinman is always polite & respectful.
