I have never in my life thought or said that a doctor saved my life until I met Dr. Kuhlmann. I came to her in a complete medical crisis. I have been suffering from chronic UTIs and vaginal infections that were seemingly resistant to treatment with antibiotics. I have a high pain tolerance but the pain I was experiencing was off the charts
Her office staff and assistants were very friendly. When she came in, she immediately put me at ease, she was friendly and very personable. It was the end of the day and I?m sure she wanted to go home as quick as possible, but she was not leaving that room until she found out and knew exactly what was wrong with me. She ran every test and procedure that she could, sat and listened to my entire history, which was a lot and everything else I had to say. I have never felt so listened and understood so much in my life. As soon as I was done, telling her everything I had been going through and my history, she knew exactly what was wrong with me. She diagnosed me with pelvic floor dysfunction. I have a long hard journey ahead of me, but she put me in the exact direction I needed to be with medication, supplements, and physical therapy.
I truly saw no way out of the nightmare. I was living in with my health and she put me on the path to help me recover and I?m eternally thankful.
I also want to add that trying to find new doctors many of them know who doctor Kuhlmann is and their face always lights up with a smile when I mention her name. That just speaks volumes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kuhlmann's for a year. She listened to my frustrations and concerns, offering options and hope for managing my OAB and incontinence.
Just a few weeks ago, after a few other options we tried, I decided that the InterStim therapy would deliver the best result for me. So far I am pleased with the outcome.
Diane her scheduler is wonderful in setting up appointments; returns calls/emails within 24 hours. Danny who does bladder testing is cheerful and engaging.
It is an active, busy office; well managed. All team members are pleasant. Best advice; use email to communicate. Get the earliest morning appointment; later in day doctors/nurses/technicians maybe backed up; not surprising because the they do not rush through each appointment. Given that most of us are elderly; I appreciate their patience and care.
On another note: My PCP Daniel Hoffman has sent several of his female patients to Dr. Kuhlmann (rave reviews!)

I would give 10s all around, especially when it comes to recommending Dr. Kuhlmann. However, we have people in our lives who might need service like this but are in no financial/medical insurance position to be able to afford such great medical care or the services Dr. Kuhlmann provides.

Tower Urology did a fine job but I was unable to have them accommodate my surgery due to scheduling of my surgery. I went with another group because of their ability to perform the surgery a full month in advance of your group. It voided a full month additional with a catheter in place.
We performed the Laser Turp. Everything worked well. I feel tremendous. I want to thank Tower for their compassion, great staff, accessibility and understanding during a very difficult time.

I was extremely frustrated in a subsequent attempt to reach the staff via telephone. It took many attempts before I could get to speak to someone, and that turned out to be garbled, with a noisy background and totally ineffective.

I haven’t had any follow up re: microscopic blood in urine, I still wasn’t given the results of my urinalysis after asking for them nor a follow up of the CT scan of the pelvis. Dr. Kuhlmann really listened to my concerns about incontinence. She explained several options. I tried the Bulkamed procedure twice in the office; easy procedure no discomfort. Helped me somewhat not as much as I had hoped. At 75 I can only expect so much! Overall positive conversations, upbeat attitude; personable, even had a few chuckles along the way. She made me feel comfortable; not embarrassed to discuss my issues. She is clear about setting expectations. Finally found a female urologist who will spent time with me!! My experience with Dr. KUhlman was literally life changing. She very compassionately listened to my problems and explained what was happening and why. She also explained that this was a common problem which made me feel less embarrassed and comforted that other women are experiencing this but few reveal it to others.
She is very professional and up-to-date on the latest procedures available to women at all stages of life. After explaining a procedure that could help me, I scheduled it to be be done as an in-office procedure. Her staff and all office personnel were extremely courteous and helpful in facilitating this. She successfully performed the procedure and immediately and now more that a year later, my life is back to normal.
My husband and I love to travel and I no longer need to stop every 20 minutes while walking around a city to find a public restroom. We can hike in the Alps, and walk around cities for miles without my worrying about leakage or fear of not finding a restroom.
Dr. Kuhlman is personable, relatable and above all a very knowledgeable and skilled professional. I would not hesitate to refer anyone in need of a gyno-urologist to her. She?s a real gem and an asset to Tower Urology.

I recently had surgery with Dr Paige Kuhlman from Tower Urology. I have been a nurse practitioner for 38 years and am quite knowledgeable about the medical profession. I was terrified with the prospect of surgery and had 4 different consults until I found Dr Kuhlman. I was very nervous since she is young and I wasn?t sure if I could choose her. From the first visit I knew she would be my choice. I started emailing her endlessly with questions and she always responded within a day. She reassured me I was in good hands. After many visits I saw her attention to detail and how gentle and understanding she was. She is amazing and with being a perfectionist, which is required to touch me, I had surgery. She even called me on her day off the morning after surgery to check on me.
If anyone is in need of a urogynecologist I would highly recommend her.

As for Dr. Kuhlmann, she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr Kuhlmann is incredible! Perimenopause is difficult to navigate, even more so when you have endometriosis. I was suffering from hot flashes, sleep issues, and for want of a better term, an overwhelming sense of despair, when I was referred to Dr Kuhlmann by my pelvic floor physical therapist. I was already on anti-depressants, which is the only "solution" some primary care doctors will offer you when perimenopause hits, let alone actually checking your hormone levels. Dr Kuhlmann on the other hand, is highly specialized in this area. She was kind, thorough, super responsive and compassionate, and worked closely with my endo specialist to determine the right hormone replacement therapy for me. It has been a total gamechanger - I don't just feel like myself again, I feel better than ever. I have so many friends who have struggled to get sufficient relief from their perimenopause symptoms - and that's without having the added complication of endometriosis, which can be fuelled by estrogen, making HRT a little trickier to navigate. I am so fortunate to have found Dr Kuhlmann and can't recommend her to others highly enough!
