Over fifty years ago, after serving in World War II, Dr. Barney Silver founded the Tower Urology practice. The practice quickly established itself as a leader in urologic care in Los Angeles.
It expanded rapidly with the addition of distinguished physicians, including Dr. Dudley S. Danoff, Dr. Stephen A. Sacks, Dr. Arnold C. Cinman, and Dr. Gary E. Leach.

Stephen A. Sacks
